Index-Design respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you are seeking permission to use any Index-Design trademarks, logos, service mark, trade dress, slogans, screen shots, copyrighted designs, or other brand features, please contact the graphic department.

You can send a fax to the permission agent at (514) 273-3897. Once we have received your completed form, your request will be processed and a reply will be sent to you within 15 business days. If it is approved, then you will be subject to the above-referenced Guidelines as well as all additional terms set forth in Index-Design Notification of Approval and License Agreement.
