Any use of that trademark, name and concepts is unlawful without consent from Index-Design in accordance with acting international laws.

Index-Design does not give permission to obtain any logos or graphic images from the Web site. If you would like to obtain such items, please contact Index-Design’s Agent of copyright or other intellectual property at 1-(514)273-3897

You can send a fax to the permission agent at (514) 273-3897. Once we have received your completed form, your request will be processed and a reply will be sent to you within 15 business days. If it is approved, then you will be subject to the above-referenced Guidelines as well as all additional terms set forth in Index-Design Notification of Approval and License Agreement.
